Sandwiches are great but this location is slow. Every time I have ordered on line for pick up it is never ready by the time they say. I usually have to wait in the store fri at least 30 minutes for the order to finish. Also the app does not allow me to use stars for my order. Employee today complaining loud enough for entire store to hear about her work hours, very awkward for the other workers and customers. She was practically yelling it out. Hey if you don’t want to work...

Don't get me wrong I love Firehouse Subs usually but today a friend and I went there for lunch and waited almost an hour for our food as they were busy making online orders their priority. I only have an hour for lunch so I won't be going there anymore. They really need to be more organized and maybe have one or two people that work on sandwiches for the diners eating in. So disappointed
