Everything Heim bakery makes is exquisitely delicious! They are culinary Artists! As a person who never really developed a taste for pastries and baked goods in my 67 years of life, this bakery has entirely changed my perspective. I love everything they make. The first time in my life I ever tasted something so delicious that I did not want to swallow the bite was when I experienced the savory bread pudding with caramelized onions that I had warmed up for brunch. Oh my goodness! I wish that moment could've lasted forever, it was the peak delicious experience of my life!

Jenn is a master baker who knows her craft deeply. Her presentations are elegant and once you taste her creations, made from only the finest ingredients, you'll never need to go further! Heim is indeed home and I'm grateful to have Jenn here in the Rogue Valley!

A lovely farmers market stand! She offers a variety of handmade treats and even some savory options - there was a cheesy mushroom muffin with an entire boiled egg inside! Everything we bought tasted amazing and her pastries looked made with love. I highly recommend a stop by.
