Hen & Flour Reviews
Got this on door dash and holy moly I don’t review places let alone go out of my way to find and make sure I leave a review. This is southern creole food from the SOUL. I haven’t had red beans like this since I was a kid let alone in MEDFORD. Yall I. The kitchen here deserve all the blessings. My food was incredible
I absolutely love the Mac & Cheese!! I had the chicken sandwich awhile back and it was out of this world delicious!! I highly recommend you give this Family run business some love ❤️
We had the fried chicken, mac and cheese, hush puppy, greens, red beans & rice, and beignets yesterday. All fantastic!!! My mom would be jealous.

Hen & Flour is a restaurant that offers delicious soul food, including crispy and juicy chicken, flavorful fried chicken, tasty red beans and rice, and exceptional hush puppies and beignets. The portions and flavors are phenomenal, making it a favorite for those who enjoy Southern and Creole cuisine. The staff is friendly, and the dining room is clean and pleasant, creating a relaxing environment with cool music playing. Customers consistently enjoy a great meal and recommend visiting, especially during the lunch rush. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with cute wall decorations. The fried chicken is praised for being crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside, with lots of flavor. Hush puppies are a highlight, with some customers eating multiple, and the coleslaw is fresh and crunchy. The red beans and rice receive high praise, and the macaroni & cheese is also popular. While service can be a bit slower because it is a small business, many find it worth the wait for good food. Parking is easy across the street. The owner is known for putting heart and soul into this place, which is a must-visit for those seeking flavorful soul food. Don't forget to try the beignets for dessert; they are heavenly!
