I've now eaten at this location twice, and must say I'm disappointed (given the hype). Burger patty was super thin - the tomato slice was twice as thick and the onion three times. Bun fell apart immediately. Fries were ok, but needed more salt. Overall a decent but not great burger. Pretty long wait too. Restaurant was super clean and well maintained. Bathroom was spotless.

I just moved to Oregon From SD. I was so happy to see this next to my hotel.Giddy even. Animal fries and a double double. When I get my order, ice cold burger. I know it takes longer for animal fries, but this made me so sad.

Worst In n out I’ve ever been too even the crap ones in Cali aren’t this bad service is stand still slow with little customers you can ask 3k times for condiments and not actually get them and they act like the buns needs to be so toasted it’s like a crouton no one wants a crunchy burger bun

Absolutely nasty. Went 2x and both times I was sadly disappointed with raw pattysbin my double double. I get some people donf care about rare stuff but when I got to fast food and I'm 6 hours from my hometown the last thing I want is a raw burger to have me at every rest stop peeing out my butt💯

For a fast food place that has a lot of hype I was a little disappointed food-wise (compared to other popular competitors I'd say this one was probably the best I've tried lately).
The service at this location was top notch, every service member I interacted with was so kind, greeted us with a smile & such positive energy. As someone who's worked fast food & various customer service jobs, I can say that it's not easy dealing with the difficulties that comes along with it. Despite that though, everyone at this location looked like they were not only having a good time on their shift but they treated customers with so much respect.
My husband & I were traveling so fast food was our only option at times due to our tight schedule, so despite fast food places not having the best atmosphere vibe, this place was bright, clean & didn't smell weird so I'd say that's a plus!
If you're in the area & thinking of going to get fast food, definitely consider In-N-Out, these kids/young adults work hard & are doing great! 🙌🏼
