Ino the Argentinian Sandwich

Ino is the real deal! I didn't have a chance to try his sandwiches, but his empanadas are LEGIT. I tried both the beef and chicken; they were flaky and crisp, yet soft. The meats were juicy, tender, and packed full of flavor! The chimichurri was perfectly flavored and served with slices of pepper (a unique spin which I quite enjoyed). The french fries were also cooked fresh and were fantastic. Hands down the best empanadas I've had in Oregon. If you ever find yourself in the area, make sure you visit Ino the Argentinian!

Ordered the rib sandwich. The sweet, spicy chimichurri sauce slathered on the tender smoky ribs was absolutely incredible! Very generous portions!
