Tried a dinner for 2! Delicious. The chicken was dry and tough, but tasted great, and everything else was delish. Tried grilled nopal - hubby liked it better than I, but it's quite interesting. We'll definitely be back, next time we have something to celebrate, or maybe for lunch, as food this good doesn't come cheaply.

I was surprised by this place, it is not the typical Mexican restaurant, it is 100% Mexican Gourmet food, a new style in the valley, you have to come and try, we took the motuleños eggs and hotomi eggs were great, I will definitely try their dinner menu again, I highly recommend them

Honestly shocked this place didn’t have a line out the door. Everything we ordered was amazing! The queso was great with the homemade tortilla chips, the alpastor was so flavorful, and the nachos had the most tender steak. If I lived closer I’d eat here often

Great food and drinks in a cute space. Different concept for the Medford area and I hope it's supported - it was pretty empty the evening we went. It's not the typical Mexican restaurant with a huge menu, big portions, and a bunch of combos with rice and beans, so don't go if that's your expectation. And no issues finding nearby parking downtown.

We stopped by Khalo Bar and Grill for brunch and had a great experience! The cocktails were a highlight—especially the Pear-adise Mule, which was refreshing and delicious with a ginger beer base. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, starting us off with a light toasty bread and a carrot-based Mexican dip that was a nice touch.
We ordered the chilaquiles with red sauce and the chicken enchiladas with mole. While both dishes were well-cooked and flavorful, we felt they could have used a bit more spice to really bring out the flavors. However, the sides of potatoes and tomatoes with the enchiladas were absolutely delicious.
The ambience was cozy and inviting, with lovely photos of Frida Kahlo adding to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant brunch spot, and I’d definitely go back to try more of their menu!
Parking: There is 1 hour parking on the streets of downtown medford, but there’s also a paid parking lot across the street!

Service was quick and waitress was knowledgeable about my questions. I ordered the chamorro, which is pork thigh, which had a nice sauce. Service and service were excellent. I travel and eat out a lot and this place is a step above and worth checking out.

Wow. So good! Really creative dishes, clean food, and wonderful flavors. Nothing was too much or too little. Everything was just right. The summer menu is amazing and fresh. The octopus was out of this world! I'm definitely going to be taking advantage of the new seasonal menu. This is the place for an adventurous palate and also someone who might just want a great steak. Oh and get the tamarind margarita.
