They have so many leagues going there it’s impossible for people to bowl on a weeknight unless you wait til like 9:30. Reservations can’t be made ahead of time either.

Rude staff and zero respect for customers. An employee literally watched us load a gaming card and then went straight over and shut the arcade down 20 minutes early—no warning, no refund. When questioned, they smirked and brushed it off. Not a single employee we encountered showed basic politeness. From start to finish, the attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making the entire visit uncomfortable and irritating. They even started pushing us out before official closing time, adding to the feeling we weren’t wanted there. If you value respect and a pleasant atmosphere, skip this place.

A really nice bowling alley, they could do a much better job of supervising the alleys because a lot of children in their running out on lanes while other people are trying to bowl

Pretty lousy all in all. Went on a Saturday evening... Place was kind of dead. (First clue)We were drinking beer playing games and eating food. Food wasn't worth the wait, games didn't work right... Over played and not calibrated. Only one bartender when we showed up. (Second clue). Oh and did I mention they don't serve pitchers? Hard pass for me

This is a unique review in that my experience was not one that I would probably give 3 stars, let alone 5. The 5 stars is due to the fact that once I shared my experience with the manager at Lava Lanes, my concerns were acknowledged, addressed and made right. Good customer service feels more and more rare these days and Mike at Lava Lanes deserves a shout out for his response and commitment to quality.
We all make mistakes, but still have to own them when they impact others. That’s what they did and we look forward to more bowling adventures at Lava Lanes in the future.

We've been bowling a lot this summer with the kids bowl free program. We did upgrade to a family plan and it's been a lot of fun and saves money. Their food is delicious and decently priced. Customer service is great!
