Biddle location.... awful.....I will drive out of my way to not go to this McDonald's. In the drive thru today, with my 5yo nephew. Shake machine broke, ok, had to refund my card for that, no big, which is why I know the managers name was Veronica or Vanessa, either way her and front box guy were too busy flirting and giggling to realize they hadn't given me my food when he told me to have a good day, reminded him I needed rest of my food, laughing it off so as not seem like a...read full review
I ordered on using the app for curbside pickup. When i arrived a pickup belonging to one of the stellar employees was parked across both curbside spots. There we a couple employees hanging out in the bed and informed me that it belongs to another employee. I am guessing the man bun riding a skateboard inside the “restaurant”. one of the most rudest McDonald's employees I've ever been to here in Medford and I've lived here my whole life you don't sit there until the customer sorry don't know what to tell you this is what you ordered when that's not what I ordered and I was driving a company vehicle and we have cameras in the vehicle then when I show them the footage and proved the associate wrong I got told we don't give permission for people to record our employees welcome to work in a public service...read full review

McDonald's offers fresh and hot food with great service. The staff is very kind and hustles hard to make sure the food is as fast as possible, hot and fresh. The restaurant is very kid friendly with a jungle gym for little kids to climb and game tables. It is accessible. However, the play area and restrooms were not up to standard. The staff should focus more on cleanliness. Consider visiting for a quick meal and try their steak, egg and cheese McGriddle or steak biscuit.
