Food is okay at times, but every time I order ahead, I end up waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes, even having ordered it 30 minutes before arriving. Very frustrating when you’re trying to get food on a lunch break.
I'm going to start driving a little farther to go to the location on Barnett cause this one is obviously struggling. Yalls need more/better staff for weekend breakfast hours because the chaos is not a good look. I don't mind waiting longer but last week I waited 20ish min for a mocha frappe and finally left without it. I even went into the store to try and ask about it. The entire lobby of people was being blatently ignored and the woman I finally found to ask about the frappe just shrugged. No offer to make it or refund me. This week the wait was for the mcmuffins and wasn't long but they obviously had no idea who/where the order belonged and they were just quizzing people in cars trying to match orders. I also saw several people waiting for food look upset as they got out and stormed inside, I can only assume demanding to know where the heck their food is. Plus several occasions of tweakers just screaming loosing their g'dang minds which isn't really their fault but which is oddly a thing I've only seen at this location. Guy who always wears the tie is great though.

This is the best McDonald's in the area. Highly suggest that you try their steak, egg and cheese McGriddle!!! Or steak biscuit. If you need cold water they don't mind and they hustle hard to make sure your food is as fast as possible, hot and fresh!
