Messed up my order and put condiments when I asked for none. When I went in and got it fixed they gave me a medium fry in the new order even though I paid for a large. Terrible service.

This McDonald's ice cream machine is broken 90 percent of the time. It's a poorly run franchise that is always milking things like limiting the number of ketchup packets etc. Go on to medford.

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. We needed to use the restroom and had to shout in the kitchen for someone to finally notice us. Then the got was super rude and told me to "push." That's all he said, just "push." He failed to mention that he had to open it using a button. It was like he just wanted me to feel ignorant. I won't go into gruesome detail about the bathroom. Just trust me on that one. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The food was cold and not good! The building was freezing and it was in December. It felt like the air conditioning was on full blast. I'll be driving by here from now on. Save yourselves and do the same.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I placed my order through the app to expedite the process, but ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before being asked to park for curbside delivery. While I understand they were busy, another 10 minutes passed before my order was brought out. Unfortunately, it was missing 3 items. I had to go inside, wait in line again, and finally received the rest of my food. This entire ordeal turned a quick meal into a 30+ minute wait.
While the cashier was helpful in resolving the issue, the initial interaction with the staff member who delivered the incomplete order felt rushed and impersonal. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way.
I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy periods, but the lack of communication and the overall extended wait time made this a frustrating experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

This place is very quick but we had a major issue when my son was having a low blood sugar and I tried to get some help I was totally ignored by the employees. One nice lady did eventually did help us. I would highly recommend some customer service training a quick reply and they could have made the situation much more tolerable. I do not think it is ok to completely ignore your customers even give a quick response. I’m extremely discouraged from this experience.

We needed to use the restroom and decided to stop at McDonald's to get a quick bite too. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!!! 2 of the 3 stalls had fecal matter, urine and who knows what, not only on the seats, but dripping down the bowl and on the floor too. I've never seen a more disgusting bathroom in my life. This is a restaurant!! Are you kidding me?!?! I went to the front counter to tell them about the issues. The guy said it has been very busy and he just hasn't had time. Really?!? You should make time for that. Gross!!!

Wow… what a horrific experience. I ordered a breakfast order 20 min before they stopped serving on the mobile app, the line had me wait THIRTY MINUTES after I had checked in just to get to the pick up window and they tell me “it’s after the breakfast time so we cancelled your order”. When I tell you I was pissed… that’s an understate. My time, fuel to get there, AND sitting in that line after they allowed me to check in at the window.. what a joke. Never going here again. Lady was rude and awful about it too.
