I have usually enjoyed the food, but I have to say that the place is gross and dirty. Tables are always dirty and sticky, as well as the condiment containers, and it is not uncommon to see tables sitting un-bused with dirty plates on tables for extended periods. If the place was properly cleaned I would go more often, but I do love the Pho.

We had the Mango and Taro flavors....SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I can't wait to try the other flavors, teas and slushies! And the atmosphere was awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful in explaining all the different flavors and combinations. So excited to have Boba Tea Time in Medford!!! Can't wait to go back and try it all!
