Went in for the $12.99 large pizza deal. Needed Family size pizzas. In the past they have charged me $2 more for family. Today I did a “walk in” order and was told that the family “deal” was only available if you order online. I paid regular price, $20, for a pizza that was on sale for $14.99 had I ordered online. I ordered 2 family pizzas and paid an extra $10 that I should not have had to pay. Shame on you Papa Murphy’s for a poor business practice. Very disappointing.

The food was great. However I had a problem because the online ordering was not clear on what type of Stuffed pizza it was (crust or Chicago style) so I assumed stuffed crust and it turned out that it was a stuffed pizza. Thankfully, I had ordered a regular pizza, which was delicious.So that's why I marked down on the service. I would suggest ordering in person because the online seems to be a bit unclearParking: The parking can be a bit tricky due to the narrowness of that parking strip.
So excited they have gluten free dough and dairy free cheese. Now if they could offer their bread sticks and desserts in gluten free dough, it would be perfect.

I usually like coming to this papa murphys but today was terrible they are three younger people working one name cam he was terrible, he canceled my transaction to my card in the middle of if processing, I got two make your own calzones and they didn’t give me the correct sauce for either they also didn’t mark which one was which, they were throwing plastic wrap at each other it was honestly super annoying, it’s as if they need a babysitter

Was in yesterday. I had been there previously and forgot to pick up my salad. I had called to let them know and they said they would credit me the next time. Well, the manager had it written down in a book and comped me. Grabbed the salad and before I could even sit down they had my pizza ready. Very good service and good pizza. BTW, I have a pizza stone, which I heat before I cook the pizza. It works wonders for a crispy crust. Recommended.

This place is so much nicer and helpful compared to other Papa Murphy’s I been to in the area and in GP.
