Talk about having the flavor and texture. Hands down the best Peruvian food in southern Oregon. I got to try the classic lomo Saltado which was stirred fried to perfection. And if you want something light and tasty the anticucho de pollo is the plate for you. My favorite dish was the tallarin saltado, those yakisoba noodles packed so much flavor. One of my favorite places to eat in the valley so much flavor really impressive have tried several of the menu items but I’m always a go for on the Lomo Saltado but I’ve tried the tacos superb!
Green sauce is the BEST!!! The tacos are amazing, I enjoy spicy but mild may be better for others. Also their chicken dish is delicious, but get extra green sauce…I would buy a gallon of that if I could (well I got a container once when they were set up as SOB (the now closed brewery behind lava lanes). This place has gone a long ways from those small setups
