After 2.5 hours of waiting for our pizza and calling for 20 minutes until someone finally answered the phone I was told they didn’t have an order for me. I gave all the details including the estimated delivery time and that we spoke to someone with an accent. Was then told that the call center must have taken the order and not sent to the store.
