This was probably top two worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The building smelled like mildew, the crust didn’t seem fully cooked, and the flavor was just off. Haven’t eaten at a chain restaurant in years, this I believe will be the last time. Gross.

Got a large cheese and 8 cajun boneless wings today. First off the gentleman working there was just that- a gentleman- I hadn’t been to PH in ages and he helped me navigate the menu ( I still thought there were square pizzas..- its been a while). He was super friendly and helpful. The meal was really good- I dont get out much and He made this a super enjoyable treat- worth the trip to busy Medford. Thank You Sir!

Ordered a pizza, soda, and cinnamon rolls on a splurge after a long day.. Ordered a diet soda and a regular soda came, and the pizza was made incorrectly. I called the store to ask if they could possibly make/send the correct pizza, and I'd gladly provide the other pizza back that was incorrect. The man on the phone told me no and if I wanted my correct pizza I would have to pay and re-order another pizza. I ultimately ended up re-ordering and PAYING again. I called the next day and the manager gave me a partial refund but I didn't get a full refund.

Bait & Switch advertisement. I ordered online the Meat Lovers Melt with chicken nuggets and a drink. The photo showed two melts and cost 1$ more. I also had to pay an additional $1 for sauce which should come free with the nuggets. When I picked up the order it only contained one melt and it was overcooked and hard. It was not edible. I wish I hadn’t prepaid. I felt ripped off. I wrote to Pizza Hut and they said it was made correctly and there was nothing they could do. So much for good customer service. I wish I had read other people’s reviews of this sad location. Save your taste buds and your money and get your pizza fix somewhere else.

I was hoping I could maybe give this place 2 stars if the pizza was good but it was not at all. It smelled off and the grilled onions were old, soggy and had an odd taste. We were worried about getting sick while eating it. But we could even be gracious if the food had been a reasonable price. The medium one topping pizza was $22. (Now we know why they don’t put their prices on the menu). And the pizza we got was almost inedible. Do not come here!! Even if you are so hungry and it’s the only place open, go to dominos or buy a frozen pizza at a store. Please trust and listen to us!! If someone had warned us we would not have gone there. The atmosphere was also not great, the storefront did not feel well cared for and was not well kept or clean.

Ordered online directly from Pizza Hut, informed by Pizza Hut that Door Dash would deliver. Paid with card aaaand left a generous tip. NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD! Called Door Dash who directed me to Pizza Hut. No answer. Came to Pizza Hut for my refund, Now waiting for them to verify my order. I should have just gone to McDonald's smh. Don't waste your time or money here. Worst experience ever!

My food was cold and I paid $50 for it. Tell me why I ordered my food at 6 pm and I received a text at 6:22 pm they are still at the store with a picture of my pizza and food in boxes. meaning that my food was finished and ready to head out the door at 6:22 PM Tell me why they didn’t get here until 7:15 PM. My food is cold. I paid $50 for cold food and I tipped them. I cannot believe that ! I wish I did not. They didn’t even hand it to me. How do they know they even handed it to the right person?? It’s good that I know the people who live around here in my neighborhood. Ridiculous. Never ordering again, I deserve a refund
Stick with what you guys promise. I ordered my pizza to come at 6 (super bowl let me tell you), it came at 5:15, i wasn’t there. I called the location that I ordered it from and they told me you are more than welcome to cancel it and we can resubmit your order but then it’s gonna be only ready at minimum at 7:30, “we have so many orders”. what kind of service is this. I understand you guys outsource your delivery to DoorDash, but the DoorDash drivers have nothing to do with how fast it gets here. Stick to your times to what we pay money for and don’t piss off customers. I understand you guys are busy, but i’m not that guy to call and have it redone because i “paid for it”… just do what the time requested says..

Did not get the rectangle pizzas with extra cheese we ordered. Instead got medium round pizzas without extra cheese. Our wings were hard and not fresh. And the desssert cake bites were hard as well. And the pasta bowl hard very little pasta. For spending over $60 it was very disappointing food and service. The management didn't seem to understand we didn't get what we ordered as far as the pizza goes.. Definitely had better service before but not this time.
