2 dollars for a personal 1 topping pizza is a great deal. But 2 dollars for 2 pieces of a pizza, not quite what I expected.

Ordered online directly from Pizza Hut, informed by Pizza Hut that Door Dash would deliver. Paid with card aaaand left a generous tip. NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD! Called Door Dash who directed me to Pizza Hut. No answer. Came to Pizza Hut for my refund, Now waiting for them to verify my order. I should have just gone to McDonald's smh. Don't waste your time or money here. Worst experience ever!

My food was cold and I paid $50 for it. Tell me why I ordered my food at 6 pm and I received a text at 6:22 pm they are still at the store with a picture of my pizza and food in boxes. meaning that my food was finished and ready to head out the door at 6:22 PM Tell me why they didn’t get here until 7:15 PM. My food is cold. I paid $50 for cold food and I tipped them. I cannot believe that ! I wish I did not. They didn’t even hand it to me. How do they know they even handed it to the right person?? It’s good that I know the people who live around here in my neighborhood. Ridiculous. Never ordering again, I deserve a refund
Stick with what you guys promise. I ordered my pizza to come at 6 (super bowl let me tell you), it came at 5:15, i wasn’t there. I called the location that I ordered it from and they told me you are more than welcome to cancel it and we can resubmit your order but then it’s gonna be only ready at minimum at 7:30, “we have so many orders”. what kind of service is this. I understand you guys outsource your delivery to DoorDash, but the DoorDash drivers have nothing to do with how fast it gets here. Stick to your times to what we pay money for and don’t piss off customers. I understand you guys are busy, but i’m not that guy to call and have it redone because i “paid for it”… just do what the time requested says..

Did not get the rectangle pizzas with extra cheese we ordered. Instead got medium round pizzas without extra cheese. Our wings were hard and not fresh. And the desssert cake bites were hard as well. And the pasta bowl hard very little pasta. For spending over $60 it was very disappointing food and service. The management didn't seem to understand we didn't get what we ordered as far as the pizza goes.. Definitely had better service before but not this time.

The call center is a joke. It takes forever to try to call an actual store. Why are my orders being outsourced??? There shouldn't be a middle man. I called after I placed an online order and the site changed my delivery address from the one I had entered. I had to try 5 tines to get ahold of the actual store. Every time they would finally send me to the store phone it wouldn't work and I'd be disconnected. after I hit complete checkout it was delivering to the pizza hut it was coming from. And door dash is the delivery??? Why??? Freaking HASSLE to try and get it fixed. Then my order arrived missing half of it. Had to go through the call center AGAIN. And when I said due to the hassle I should get something for it they refused, saying it was the dashers fault (when I talked to the dasher who said that's all they gave him) They had to send another dasher with the rest of my order. Guess what??? Wrong again!! They sent a small soda instead of the 2 ltr. Had to call.... AGAIN! If I had gotten something for the hassle I would have let it go since it was just a soda. But since they refused I was done. This time they had no excuse to say it was the dashers fault. So they had to send a 3rd dasher! Pizza hut used to be good. But now it's the worst excuse for a restaurant, especially the one on center drive in medford. This is the 3rd time they've messed up an order. I thought I'd give them another chance since it had been well over a year since I've ordered there. NOPE.... WORSE

It was delicious, we bought the big box with 2 pizza's bread sticks and pasta, you can choose wings instead of pasta if you like, it's a choice.
Parking: Park right in front of the doors, no steps.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps just wheel right to the door.
Pizza Hut reminds me of my childhood.I love Pizza Hut.The deep dish are PAN pizza and there are always fast and efficient at the current route.I am speaking of which is a center drive medford Already goes the atmosphere Not much to say about it

Pizza was advertised as a 12 dollar pizza and when it was rung up it was 25 dollars. When I asked about the difference in price the manager gave me some excuse that not all franchises have the same deals. Not a great experience
