Ordered the club from the Medford location. Bread was very soggy and not toasted even though it was ordered exactly as offered. Super disappointed cause they used to be consistent with food. Seems to be going down hill, yikes. 3 stars given just for the tomato soup
They offer 8 ounce cups but say they don’t have a price for that size so they charged me the 12oz price…
Fun atmosphere, places to sit inside and out! Organic coffee!! Nice surprise and a must for me! Had an almond croissant, very nice! Friendly, helpful staff!

First time having lunch, went with the Club sandwich on grilled sourdough. Delicious and a hearty sandwich.

The food menu is a bit paired down from the other locations but still delicious. The patio is a bit small but has a side entrance and dog friendly.
Vegetarian options: 1-2 vegetarian options per section.
Parking: Bike parking also available

Great food choices! Both healthy and indulgent with a good selection of baked goods on display and large drink selection with good bean choice profile! Great location for us as we live just 3 minutes away! 5/5 stars!

I was really sad when Good Bean closed at this location, but I was excited that they put a Pony Espresso in its place! The coffee is great, and the employees are always very nice and quick with service. The food is good, but I will say I don't think $2 is worth the price of the teeny tiny bit of avocado they add to the food. So I just skip that part. But its a great place to meet friends for coffee or sit and study.

I lived in Jacksonville and would often frequent the Pony Expresso there for lunch. Now, living in Medford, I discovered the Pony off of N. Phoenix Rd. This has been a great find for us given the dearth of good restaurants in Southern Oregon. Breakfast and lunch at Pony is an "8" on my scale of 0-10, and there ain't too many "8s" that I give out. The gals behind the service counter are always friendly, and they seem to be far more attractive than just by coincidence. But they will accomodate me with multiple changes made on various menu items due to my need to be strict about salt intake. I cannot think of any of the 4 or 5 breakfasts that have not been 4+ enjoyable. And for some reason, the coffee at the Medford Pony is more to our liking than that in Jacksonville. So far, lunch has been the Pony Cobb Salad (hold the bacon, add more avocado), which is logarithmically better than the cobb salad at the Centenial Golf Club further West on N. Phoenix. I rated atmosphere 3+ for the following reasons: 1. if I do not pick a time when the Pony is not too busy, the noise level is tough on my hearing conversation. Few restaurants use sound proofing. I wish there was more outdoor seating and in the colder weather outdoor heaters. I recall with fondness sitting on Rush Street in Chicago in the middle of cold weather but with a heater to keep warm, and eating and watching people pass by. Wish the owners of Pony did something creative like that to maintain their business through inclement weather. But I must end this by saying that the Pony Expresso in Medford is a gem, and I am happy to have discovered it.

The first pic is what I thought I ordered, the second pic is what I received. The 3rd pic is the "noodles"Chicken, a small portion of broken and sprinkled "Ramen" Noodles, not brown crunchy Chineses noodles, and a whole lot of coleslaw. What a waste of money.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!:(
