A good experience, I had a steak burrito and so did my wife. Good mix of meat, vegetables, beans and rice, salad and guacamole/sour cream...

Comfortable place, good service...

The food was absolutely delicious! The gentleman who was working there tonight was awesome. Not many restaurants care about the customer as much as he does. I'll definitely be returning.

Five stars across the board!

This place isn't good. There's no seasoning on the food, everything is dry. The best food was the chips and you get those at any Mexican restaurant. If you like spicy salsa to go with the chips, don't look here either.

All 6 times I've come here to try it, sign on the door says open but the locked doors say closed. Clearly won't be coming here cause it's closed every single time.

We were on a family roadtrip and stopped in Medford for the night. Came here for dinner and I’m very glad we did. Tasty food, great drinks (the virgin pina colada was a hit with my kids, and the horchata was refreshing), fabulous service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and very generous with the chips and bean dip! LOVED the bean dip, too. The waiter (owner?) and waitress were great with my kids, they gave them little icee treats before we left and a complimentary dessert. 5 stars all around! Loved my chile relleno burrito! My husband loved his steak ranchero. Generous portion sizes, too, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant, and the next time I come through Medford I’ll make sure to stop by for dinner.

We always enjoy going to Puerto Vallarta restaurants in Medford Or. today we went for lunch for my husband birthday. I ordered two enchiladas rancho. When my meal came the enchiladas was cut in half to make it look like there was two enchiladas. It was covered up with lettuce and avocado. I told the waiter this is not two enchiladas. Ended up asking for the meal to bec removed from our check. It was so obvious there was one enchilada cut in half to look like two. We will not be going back because we didn’t get what I ordered and they did not want to correct it. Just be careful

My husband and I were there for lunch today. Asked the waitress 3 times for Pico de gayo to go with chips she said ok but never got any. I had chicken taco salad which was fine, my husband got groundbeef taco salad which was fine, but his taco bowl was over brown and rancid from bad oil. Not the best experience!!

Took my girl out for dinner just showed up there and that place had no AC on. We waited five minutes to get a table. No one showed up though there was a woman standing by the bar and we turn around and left. Also they sell chips for five dollars.
