The food is delicious. The portions are more than filling. And the people are great.

I'm not vegan but I was having lunch with a vegan friend. This was delicious! If I could give it 10 stars I would!.

I recently visited Rooted, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off—something I couldn’t quite put my finger on at first.

While placing my order, I noticed a woman and a man at the register counting their tips. Shortly after I paid, they began arguing over something tip-related. Their disagreement escalated quickly, and the man made a deeply inappropriate comment, telling the woman to “go clean the bathroom where you should be.” The argument continued right there in front of myself.

To make matters worse, the individual preparing my food—who was the only professional presence during my visit—tried to step in and deescalate the situation, pointing out how unprofessional their behavior was. I truly felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the experience.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing environment. It’s unfortunate because the food itself was decent, but the overall experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure future customers don’t have to witness such behavior.

Best soup in town. My favorite soup was today’s, vegetable with wild rice. So good. They’re open every day of the week they serve breakfast and lunch and smoothies. Best vegan food in town not even missing the meat.

I am a carnivore but love to have vegetarian and vegan dishes whenever given the chance and this place was so delicious! I got the forager bowl and it was amazing!

Rooted is a great little gem that needs to be known as a fantastic meal destination. All vegan and vegetarian options here we had the not yo mommas nachos and split it three ways and filled up all of us. It was the special for the day at $16.50 and worth every penny. I will make this a regular place for my family

I went to the location by Barnes and Noble. (Quick shout out to the Rooted staff member who was in line in front of me at B&N!)
The staff was super friendly, the location is clean and visually appealing. The Buddha burrito I ordered? Fantastic.
Thank you guys, this is going to become my goto grub spot when I'm in Medford!

Awesome food. It was our first time in and it was excellent... we will definitely be back. The price is also excellent. The Chipotle Lime Jackfruit was excellent. Surefire bowl i outstanding.

THIS PLACE WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST PLACE SO FAR I HAVE ATE AT. I GOT A NOURISH BOWL WITH ALL KINDA GOODIES IN IT AND THE OWNER IS SO AMAZING!! SHE RECOMMENDED THE ONE I GOT AND I GOT APPLE NACHOS WHICH WERE ALSO SOOOOO GOOD! EVERYTHING IN THIS PLACE WAS HEALFREEALOT OF DAIRY FREE AND GLUTEN FREE! THIS PLACE IS A DREAM COME TRUE!! WE WENT TO MEDFORD FOR A WORK TRIP AND IM SOOOO GLAD I STOPPED HERE IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE!! OHHH AND I HAVE AN AMAZING SMOOTHIE FROM HERE ON MY WAY HOME FULLLLL OF GOOD STUFF!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WONDERFUL FOOD ❤️ OH AND NEXT TIME I WILL TRY THE NACHOS THE CANDIED JALAPEÑOS I SAMPLED WHICH ARE AMAZING AND THE CASHEW CHEESE AMAZING!! Great vegan place. Not trying to recreate a bunch of meat foods with fake meat. Great flavors. I didn't know what to expect with the candied jalapenos but they were great. Really liked the chipotle lime jack fruit too, they did a great job with it. The texture was great. We each could have split our meal. This place is on my list of MUST come back to places.
