Sakura Japanese Restaurant

Decided to try Sakura today with a takeout order. Could not believe how small the portion was. Will not be going back.

Always a good time and the best sushi in town!

When we came the only other table was occupied. And while dining, the place started to fill up quickly. So, I can imaging that the wait time may increase, as the place packs up.

The sushi rolls we ordered were good size and quality and very tasty. Personally, I liked the variety, though wouldn't complain to see more sushis with fresh fish only.
Low volume music, mostly booths, couple tables, feels like good spot for dining in cozy and welcoming place.

Food was amazing and our first waitress was great… Then we weren’t checked on for about 45 minutes finally asked somebody for help and she said they aren’t required to say goodbye or check on us… Inquired about dessert and asked if we could still get Service and received a scoff. So went ahead got ready to pay the bill and leave went up to the register and asked if we should not expect service and we’re scoffed again asked to speak a manager said there is no manager ever available so went to leave. It’s unfortunate because sushi chefs are wonderful. The hostess/waitress needs to be fired.

Sorry, we do mostly 'take out', so I can't rate the atmosphere. I hit the middle for that. Satisfied with food portions to price!

My katsu I had was a little overcooked so it wasn't so appetizing, but the service was wonderful with the lovely servers! I also enjoyed the sashimi options at decent prices too

Definitely the Salmon Roll is the best value and taste. Surprisingly good portions for the family and a variety of menu items though we’re stuck with just the sushi.

Understaffed. Slow

Best Las Vegas roll in Medford. Their tuna is fresh and delicious. Their sake is wonderful as well! 10/10

The noodle dishes were covered in sauce that had way too much sugar added but what was really upsetting is they did about a 4 oz or of del Rio Chardonnay for $12 a glass and when I told the server that it wasn't a full pour she goes that's where we pour too and if you want more I can charge you extra. I will not be going back.
