Good food, but...for goodness sake! clean up the property! Can't tell from the outside if you're even open. Weeds, overgrown dead bushes and lawn. Lousy curb appeal, no one would know anyone was in there.

I ordered 2 meals drove all the way there and then told them I was there to pick up the to go order and it wasn't ready so we waited a while longer only to find out that they couldn't make one of the meals. They waited until it was done and thought I would be ok leaving with one meal. They never thought to say that when I first walked in which was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager was walking around the restaurant with a cigarette hanging out his mouth looking crazy. When I left the manger was also standing directly infront or the door smoking blocking the walk way as I'm trying to leave with my child. Literally the place was full of drug addicts and the manager fit right in with the crowd. I called to complain and he hung up on me! The fact that place is still in business is mind blowing and now I know better! Never go to this place it's TRASH!

Breakfast. Food over cooked, over medium eggs yoke was hard. Pancakes were hard to cut. Understaffed, service was slow. Exterior was uncared for. Dead and dying plants. There were no pies in the front case. Dissapointing visit overall.

I love Shari's, and this one in Medford, just hit the spot! My wonderful waitress, Christian, I think, was a glowing flower in my day! And it was a free piece of pie day too! I forget what I ordered, but the cherry pie I remember! Thank you for such a pleasant experience on my trip!

Food took over 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen with only 2 tables and one had food already. The cook proceeded to touch the computer upfront and his phone then my food with no gloves and never washed his hands. When asked he got defensive and rude versus apologetic about it don’t recommend eating here if you value a clean meal.

Pancakes were very good. Steak and eggs were a over cooked steak that somehow still had white fat on it. I don't know who's cooking but please retrain. Waiter did take that off my bill

Came to get dinner to go. Ordered their prime rib. Pretty good for the price. Meat tenderness was fine. Came here around 5:30pm. There was only 1 or 2 customers in the restaurant. I'm guessing because the place isn't in a good area. The commercial complex had few druggies hanging around, a few folks wandering around. We didn't think it was a safe place so we got out of there quick.

When we arrived for dinner around 6 p.m., there appeared to be only 1 server, who was the greeter, the seater and server! She informed us that 2 tables were before us. There were probably 8-9 tables and she was really hustling but after waiting 20 minutes and no water or offer of beverage, we asked what the soup of the day was-she hastily named off a couple but also apologized saying it was going to be a bit longer before she could take our order...nothing against her-we were hungry, so we left
