The kindest barista ever! Ended up recommending the new cold brew coconut drink for the way home to Klamath Falls. Best thing I have had in a long time. Haven't had Human Bean. I need to have Human Bean more often based on the drink and the service.

Everyone has their favorite coffee shop drive-through. I've found that The Human Bean is mine. The coffee itself has the perfect roast which is not too strong or acidic (like Starbucks) or mild with sweet notes (like Dutch Bros). I can't drink those fancy blended or iced drinks due to dietary restrictions, so I depend on my hot or iced Americanos and soy lattes to taste amazing.
Dietary restrictions: They carry a variety of non-dairy options including soy milk, which some other coffee shops do not carry
First off, we ordered our drinks and they charged us for an extra one we didn't order. The Sugar Mama we ordered had literal sugar granuals in the bottom of it when I've never had it made like that. The girl who gave us our drinks didn't even know which coffee was which. I also ordered a decaf coffee that tasted like water. It was disgusting. I have had 2 good decaf drinks out of the 10 times I've bought them. I am tired of wasting our hard earned money on drinks that just go in the garbage because they are that bad. Will not be going back.
