Been coming to the mall for years and usually get something from here, definitely overpriced since prices are going up everywhere; but the nostalgia is the best part. Tastes fairly good and great to share with friends.
each time I go here i get a different experience. Usually not the nicest workers. sometimes i get really cold hard pretzels. sometimes its perfect. I visited this location 2 days ago 4/29 at around 1pm. The guy working the register was very strange with customer service. I had to stare him dead in the eye before I could get a hello.
Sub par food, staff is not very friendly, and the food is nothing like the old pretzel place they pushed out to be there. It is a big company, and it shows! Don't go there expecting more than, overpriced dough and drinks.
