“After a long day of volunteering at a community health clinic, eight exhausted and very hungry healthcare practitioners headed to Milton-Freewater in search of Patty’s Restaurant — a place highly recommended by locals. What a pleasant surprise it was! Not only did we find a menu with something for every palate, but also food that was nourishing, delicious, and made with love. The highlight of the evening was meeting and spending time with Patty herself — a charming, charismatic woman with a heart of gold — and her hardworking, kind husband. Needless to say, this restaurant is a true gem and will hold a special place in our memories and hearts. Thank you for a wonderful evening and an unforgettable meal. “We came to town today for a funeral. We decided to stop in for some breakfast. I hadn’t ever been here. We are from Coeur d’Alene Idaho. I went to school with Tara the owner and was glad to see her. She was still as I remembers in high school. Very sweet and cheerful. I’m glad we stopped 10/10. Hands down so good I had biscuits & gravy and my husband had potatoes, eggs, bacon & huckleberry French toast. It’ was absolutely delicious thank you and good to see you!”

“I’ve probably driven by this place 100 times over the years and always wanted to try it. I finally did this past weekend and I’m glad I did! I ordered a turkey sandwich...I usually keep it simple with just cheese, lettuce, and mayo. They were out of honey mustard, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The sandwich was very good!”

“Super friendly and helpful staff. The perry was good, but very sweet.The cider, unfortunately, had the same problem as so many other commercial ciders, H2S a.k.a. sulfer. Commercial cideries really need to start treating their yeast better so they can prevent this.

“I don't have to tell the one's that have been there what kind of quality and professionalism that comes out of that place , don't let downtown Milton Freewater discourage you they are the best choice of restaurant $ for $,they keep it real, nothing fancy, just good service, great food, and amazing staff, it doesn't matter where you are you can get anything you want from anyone of them at any given time, with the best of attitude, what they have going there is hard to find , they don't need my comments to be successful, and I don't boast about very many things but their fish and chips as you all know are out of this world , it's no surprise that they run out on occasion, and if you have a problem with the gal that is preparing your food, or any of the staff you might look in the mirror and give them an apology, keep doing what you girls are doing, this is for the gal that prepared my two orders of fish and chips, even when I messed up my own order she made it happen, keep smiling girl”

I don't like paying tips before service on online orders, this can disrupt service pre paying a tip...And services of making a pizza to cook is not like a pizza cooked to enjoy with a waiter or waitress. I don't think tips should ever be required or asked for prior to service period...pay your people better. Its pressure of forcing tips without service.”
