I ordered a 2 entree plate and a side entree. I was told I'd have to wait 10 minutes. I waited well over 10 minutes. I asked if my order was almost ready, there were a lot of people after me getting theirs. She said, we're working on it. She went back and picked up my plate, that had been sitting there a good five minutes, then dished up my entree. So, there was no need for me to wait so long.
