Food was cold upon pickup. No attempt at remedying online items being out of stock and items missing from the order. Not the first time this has happened. Probably will be the last.Parking: Parking lot is horrible and always difficult to navigate. Not necessarily their fault though for what it’s worth

Good food. For the last two pickup orders, the sauce I ordered was not included.

Not sure if it was an understaffed afternoon, but it took an hour for our food and our order was completely wrong. The staff seemed very tired/grumpy. I didn't want to say anything, because I was starving and didn't want to wait any longer. It was still good, but a bit disappointing that I ordered/paid for a more expensive dish, but I received a cheaper meal. The food was still good, just not what I ordered.I also noticed a few other customers coming back up to the counter after reviewing their food, so I'm thinking we weren't the only ones with the wrong order. No big deal. The reason for 4 stars is more of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Sticky floors, and the bathroom was not exactly pleasant or clean. There is also a serious lack of tables in this location, definitely more of a "pick up" location compared to other Roxy's.It could have just been a bad day, but I likely will just visit Canby Roxy's instead.

Food & service were great. This is an eat in or take out restaurant so if you're looking for a waiter with a white towel over his arm this isn't it but the food is certainly better.

Roxys on McLoughlin is one of my favorites, I love the pineapple chicken, and there mac salad is probably the best I've had outside of Hawaii. They have yummy musubi, but it sells out before I get there most of the time.

They messed up my order and over charged me. When I confronted them about it they got attitudes as if I made the mistake. The food wasn't terrible but the portions were small. My sons Kahlua pork was extremely saturated leaving his whole meal in a pool of pork liquid. The kids that work here don't care too much about there quality or representation. Dining area looked filthy and nobody cared to clean up after customers came and went. I will not be coming back.

I stopped in here for lunch and had the Teriyaki Burger......well, it's a burger in name only. I was a little caught off guard when I got my burger and found it wasn't ground beef, but their teriyaki beef strips. Don't get me wrong. It was really good, but it's a little misleading to call it a burger. The flavor of the teriyaki sauce was the right mix of salty and sweet and went well with the burger fixings. It makes me want to come back and try the teriyaki beef plate.Just a little advice from a cook and former food cart owner, it would probably be a good move to relabel your teriyaki burger and a teriyaki sandwich and put it on sliced bread instead of burger buns. The meat should stay better between sliced bread.
