Food & service were great. This is an eat in or take out restaurant so if you're looking for a waiter with a white towel over his arm this isn't it but the food is certainly better.
Roxys on McLoughlin is one of my favorites, I love the pineapple chicken, and there mac salad is probably the best I've had outside of Hawaii. They have yummy musubi, but it sells out before I get there most of the time.

Not sure if it was an understaffed afternoon, but it took an hour for our food and our order was completely wrong. The staff seemed very tired/grumpy. I didn't want to say anything, because I was starving and didn't want to wait any longer. It was still good, but a bit disappointing that I ordered/paid for a more expensive dish, but I received a cheaper meal.
