Great place great people, the bartenders make you feel welcome. Can't beat that.
I dropped in at this place. Just to check it out. Wow. Neighborhood hang. Great atmosphere. The chicken wings were the best I've had in the state of Oregon on any of my trips.
I will go back and I recommend y'all check it out.

Jack's Pub and Lotto has a subdued atmosphere, but the bartenders make a big impact with their friendly and direct service. The food is pretty good, and the crowd is lively. While it may not be the fanciest place, the bartenders, with one exception, are great and fun to be around.
