I've been coming to Mink's for over a year now and have always had delicious food and amazing service. They have fair prices for the food portions and their food always reminds me of home. Today I stopped by for some soup and it was the best Tom Kha I've ever had! Thank you!
As someone who does not eat to live but instead I live to eat, I will say if you are a local and you haven't gone--ORDER NOW! The food was top notch! I can't imagine they have high profit margins because they are using high quality ingredients. They used King Oyster Mushrooms in their Tom Kha soup! Above expectations for sure!
