wait time is always longer than they say, they are talking a whole lot and looking around

Quality establishment, good employees. All you can eat is the best deal, it's the only thing we do here. Maybe shouldn't advertise that it's available all day if it's not actually ready some afternoons.
I have been to several momiji locations and this was by far the worst. You can't help but notice 17 flies buzzing around the food station when you enter, our food then sat on the counter for around 10 minutes after it was done before being brought to our table and the staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves then helping their customers. I typically love momijis but this was awful.
Was very good! Was my first time at this location but I will definitely be back!
They're plating is beautiful the food is always delicious the only thing I would say that was negative was that the server probably should have listened to what we were saying a little bit closer because he had to re-ask us the same things over and over because he was trying to multitask and do other things at the same time as take care of us but they were also busy and he was just trying his best so I can't fault them for that other than the fact that maybe the owner should allow for another staff member to help them
I absolutely hate giving bad reviews on good restaurants, but when its service is so bad when I have to walk out in shock and be like did that really happen, I have to say something.
My sister and I came in for dinner this week before we both went to work our night shifts and I understand it was busy but the staff seemed really rude and acted like she didnβt want us there. She took our order and when she brought out our sushi she put my plate down where my sushi fell off onto the table. She never checked in with us ever. When we asked for to go boxes it seemed like an inconvenience and she dropped them in the table I asked for a little container to put my sauce in and it took a while for it. Also there was an issue when my sister asked for a to go cup for her soda. I hate saying it but I think itβs going to be a while until I dine in there.

Been here 3 times. First time extremely rude service but food was okay. 2nd time good experience. Today? Extremely grumpy and rude worker that we just looked at each other and walked out. Wonβt be back

While I loved the food, the waitress lied to a friend of mine regarding the ingredients in the dish π

Go here often the sushi and bento are awesome! Five stars! The table service is great. Five stars! My only push back came tonight. Please stop closing the restaurant before you actually close. I don't mind paying $50+ for the great dinner for me and my wife. But I do have an issues when staff start cleaning and closing while we were still eating. It was 30 mins before close and chairs being put on tables and the smell of cleaner doesn't help the atmosphere. Made us feel like we were in the way and they wanted us to hurry up so they can go home. Atmosphere three stars.!

If you really like sushi, this place is just okay. The prices are moderate. The waitresses were really nice and helpful though.

I have driven by Momiji many times and wasn't even planning to eat there, but finally decided the day had come to try it out. Originally, I had planned on doing some sushi, but then saw Chicken yakosoba and immediately thought back to my military days, having the steak version from the chow hall.
The food was wonderful. Flavors were great and I absolutely dont regret my decision to come and try it out. There a ton of options for you to choose from with the prices seeming reasonable for the times.
The atmosphere was very nice. With the only complaint being that the booths seemed very crammed / compact. Thankfully it was just myself. But there did seem to be other seating accommodating other groups. So, I was happy and content and would have no doubt they'll fit your party. Will certainly be going back again to enjoy their wonderful food.

All you can eat not available for single people.
Is it just me or does that seem discriminatory?

Ordered a to go order and then got home to find they didnβt put any of the toppings on a rocky salmon roll that we specifically get for the toppings. Then almost no toppings on the Oregon salmon roll. Then about 2/3rds the toppings on the spicy salmon roll and 3/4 of the toppings on the valentine roll. Disappointing, no reason to tip for a to go order and especially if they canβt even get it right.

Yesterday I received a two-order offer from DoorDash, both orders to be picked up from Momiji. I accepted, and then delivered both orders correctly based on the names that Momiji listed on the receipts, but am now being severely punished by DoorDash, because Momiji management put the wrong orders in the wrong bags. I did every preventive thing that I legally could have to double check that the correct items were in the bag, including verbally asking who appeared to be the manager, who falsely assured me that they were. Now I am paying the price for my naive trust in him. I would urge you not to accept deliveries from Momiji, as they do not take any responsibly for their mistakes that affect others.
(In addition to my own double checking, the last customer I delivered to verbally confirmed that it was indeed their correct name on the bag. You will also find through your security footage that I asked the manager several times before leaving the restaurant if the heavy drink was indeed in the particular bag that it said it was. What exactly was I supposed to do differently?)
