Mother and I visit here about once a month. It is our favorite restaurant because the staff there are so gracious, and the food is excellent. We especially love the servers there for the way they treat us, like royalty. They shower us with kindness and they meet every request with glad hearts. I am absolutely heartbroken to have learned that Sing Fay is closing its doors, less than two weeks after I found it for the first time. Order off the traditional Chinese menu (it has English translations—fear not!) and you’re likely to get some of the best Chinese food in the state. The Cumin Lamb is phenomenal.
If you want authentic Chinese food, then Sing Fay is the place to go. At the same time, if you would like American Chinese food, then they got that too.
Sing Fay is the place we take our agents from Asia to eat. Our students love going there too because the food makes them feel like they are back home. The owner, Mandy Kuang is so friendly and always welcome you with a smile.
