I usually come here and it’s great, but I’ve been noticing there’s a worker who likes to dip the lid in cold foam, it’s messy and sticky. Not very much appreciated.
The workers are the sweetest I messed up my order and ended up fixing it at the window they were so kind and understanding they made my drink quickly and made me feel welcome still ! Independence has the best Starbucks employees !

Starbucks Coffee Company has a friendly and efficient staff. The workers are kind, understanding and super nice, made drink quickly and welcoming customers. Sandwich is served warm and taste delicious, and the black iced tea was perfectly brewed. The drive through was a quick and convenient option on a rainy day. The team generously donated coffee, decaf, hot water and supplies to support a local high school performing arts fundraiser, did kindness and a smile. The atmosphere was great for study days, and return of personal cup purchase was quick, easy and hassle‑free. The community feel lucky to have such employees.
