Very friendly and efficient staff. Food was mediocre, frozen flash fried fish and chips, mushy not flakey, undercooked vegetables with the cod, salad was wilted. Quality of food could use improvement.
This Thanksgiving buffet was terrible and definitely not worth the $$$. Everything was cold and dry. I can't believe I paid $55 per person for this meal. The best part of it was the salad and cheese platter.
Such a wonderful time at Mt. Hood Resort! We stayed here for our anniversary, and I wanted to surprise my girl with some flowers and nice things set up fireside before we came back. Jolene at the front went the extra mile to help make that happen, and forever tied a memory to this place. Our stay was memorable and warm, rooms were great. Perfect experience.
