“James Beard worthy! The owner met with us after dinner this week and explained his dishes with pride. He cuts all beef and poultry on-site and makes the deserts from scratch. Our steaks were the finest, well aged and prepared we have had nationwide. The flourless chococate cake will leave you speachless. Thank you for the experience, we will be back!“

“I had a great visit at the Skyway. What a unique place. Its mostly a barbecue. The food was good too. Cozy fireplace in the big room. Many old and unique items on the walls. The hamburgers and pork shoulders were good. The baked Tofu in barbecue sauce was very good. There are many cozy spaces too.“
