My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday during my sister's wedding week and I wanted to make her day extra special. I contacted Pamela at Fleur cakes and asked if she would make my daughter’s birthday cake. She said she would be happy to! It was so beautiful and my daughter said it was the best cake she had ever had!!!! It was literally the icing on the cake to make her day so special!

Pam did an amazing job baking my wedding cake, cupcakes and pastries. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. We received so many compliments on the desserts. We did a tasting cake before the wedding and Pam made it very easy to pick up and work with her. We ate all the wedding cake so we will be coming back to her for our anniversary to get another delicious chocolate cake! So glad I decided to use her for my wedding on Mount Hood. My daughter's wedding cake was absolutely beautiful on the outside and incredibly delicious on the inside. Pam made a moist, light, GLUTEN free cake that brought the guests back for second slices!! Her frosting is just sweet enough, but not too sweet, very light and not cloying, and paired with a thin layer of raspberry jam at my daughter's request, was oh so good. The cake had a fabric raspberry ribbon dividing the layers and flowers from Pam's garden as the added decoration. Like other reviewers, my daughter is already trying to create a reason to order another cake. Thank you so much, Pam!

We ordered the almond cake with marionberry jam and her special cream cheese whip cream frosting and it was absolutely delectable! Might have to order a ‘just because I want cake’ cake soon!
