Absolute terrible service. Did a mobile order using the app. Got there and there were 11 cars in the drive through. Sat in line for 20 minutes and only moved two spots. Decided to save time and help their drive through, so I gave up my spot in line to park and walk in. Cashier at the counter told me she wouldn’t help me and that I could pick them up in the drive through. Got back in line, waited another 30 minutes for them to try and give me the wrong order.
Just made my day, had a coupon that didn't do what it said (thought it was my free birthday blizzard). This was something I was really looking forward to and was upset and was about to leave and they checker took care of it. Made my whole day, I am going into surgery tomorrow morning to remove my stomach for medical complications and may never have a blizzard again.
