I have asked & paid for an extra shot in my blended carmelizer twice now(yesterday & today) and watched them make my drink..No extra shot was made, just poured in the pre blended coffee & handed it to me even though they charged me. Even though its not that much for an extra shot the point is..Customers should be getting what was paid for..TWICE now i didnt but they had no problem charging me.
