I have asked & paid for an extra shot in my blended carmelizer twice now(yesterday & today) and watched them make my drink..No extra shot was made, just poured in the pre blended coffee & handed it to me even though they charged me. Even though its not that much for an extra shot the point is..Customers should be getting what was paid for..TWICE now i didnt but they had no problem charging me. I didnt mention it to the baristas cause i wanted to see if they would be honest or lazy, needless to say they didn’t pass so I’ll stick with black rock coffee from now on being they actually give you what you pay for. I started going to Black rock & stopped going to DB cause of this type of stuff but wanted to give them a chance again..they failed..again!
Coffee creator Lane promptly greeted us with enthusiasm and gave impeccable customer service. A perfect match for a Dutch Bros team! Give that creator a raise!!
