We have several food allergies, and the staff made sure our exposure was minimized and eliminated if possible. The restaurant is not dedicated gluten-free but gluten-friendly.
We ordered a MOD pizza on a gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, cheesy garlic breadsticks on a gluten-free crust using vegan cheese, and a MOD salad.
The dining area was clean. The drink area was well stocked and clean.
The acoustics were OK. The ice machine started and was a bit noisy.
The sidewalk is ramped for wheel chair accessibility. The doors are manual. Wheelchair users may require assistance.
I did not notice any public restrooms. You may have to ask.
There is a decent amount of parking in the parking lot. If dining outside, the noise from 99W may impact your experience.

I had an online order, and when I arrived at their estimated pick-up time, they hadn't even started the order. The place is understaffed or not appropriately organized the staff look like they are trying hard but man what a show. I have been here four separate times, and time it has gotten worse.

Everyone gets the #pizza they want. Ez money! A wide selection of fresh ingredients, a nice new building with plenty of seating both inside and under their awesome outdoor patio! Dont support this business, food quality is at an all time low point. Employees seem understaffed and over worked, door dash wait times are extemely inaccurate. Dont promise 15 minutes wait at the expense of your staff if its not poasible then give a realistic estimate wait. Not the employees fault a business creates them these problems with no solution in mind.

Absolutely the worst service possible made worse by how they handled the situation worse. I came in to pick up my order. It had not been started yet was told it wouldn’t be too long so I sat and waited. After waiting 20 minutes I got up to ask the status of my pizza and was told it was already done by the time I got it. It was cold. I asked if there was someone, I could talk to about the situation and was told by the employee that I can complain, but they’re too busy so there’s nothing they can do about it. What a terrible experience. An even worse way to correct the problem.

This was first time at Mod so maybe I don't have a good sense of what the pizza should be. But they barely put cheese on it, I asked for more and she sprinkled a tiny amount on. I gave up for the other toppings assuming there was magic to the madness. My less than 10 mushrooms and few pineapples were all I ended up with. It was quick at least. Though now I have to go find a real dinner.
Person in charge made our pizza and salad and did a bang-up job. Big kudos for service. Food good - as always. Price concomitant with post-Covid inflation.

Vegetarian options: No gluten crust plenty of options to top it with in great sides plenty of toppings. Great view of the road and the shopping center with awesome Landscaping
Parking: Always available n plenty of restaurants
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere but a little liberal for some families
