Wondered in to Bayside a few months ago on a whim and now I’m hooked on their shakes. The protein shakes are nutritious, filling and delicious. They have energy drinks, soups and other products as well. The owners/family proprietors are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly want you to be pleased with your order.
