Nothing happens when I click on the photo, it won’t let me load a photo of my black slimy translucent lettuce!
The chalet is our go to restaurant for breakfast and lunch however, today I had a salad. It looked great, until I started eating it and got black, slimy, lettuce, and even the iceberg lettuce was mostly soggy. Some of the iceberg lettuce was even translucent, looking as if it had been frozen at one time. I would be humiliated to serve a disgusting salad like...read full review

good food. kinda pricey but, you get what you pay for. horrible biscuits and gravy.. you do not put sage in the gravy.. why ruin a good dish? simple pepper gravy would suffice

Chalet | Restaurant & Bakery is a great place to go for gluten free breakfast, with gluten free desserts and a grilled cod sandwich on a delicious bun. The staff are always caring and supportive and treat you like family. The service was impeccable even when busy. Meals like the Bacon cheeseburger are one of the best burgers, and the turkey dinner is the best meal they have to offer. Guests enjoyed the huevos rancheros, Hazelnut Waffles, and really good coffee cake. The chocolate peanut butter pie and Turtle Cheesecake are also popular. The meatloaf was very plain and not enjoyable. The restaurant offers a lovely family setting with yummy breakfast and lunch options.
