Mediocre pizza at best, and rude employees. Good ranch though. If you order over the phone using the number on their website, they don't identify the city your calling when they answer. So, if you like mediocre pizza, makes sure they tell which city you're ordering it in.

Usually we love the pizza & garlic knots, but yesterday (9/18/2024) there was something wrong with the crust at the Newport location. Not only was the pizza overcooked (almost black on the bottom), which we could smell as soon as we started driving home with it in the car, but the crusts texture was wrong, it was not as thick as it usually is, except the outer crust, which was too thick and pushed most of the ingredients to the middle of the pizza. The garlic knots were too tough to eat. We ordered our pizza to go and we’re told it would be 25 minutes but 43 minutes later we finally received our pizza and the bottom was seriously overcooked and tough. Extremely disappointed. The place wasn’t that busy, so why did it take so long and why were the pizzas overcooked. Whoever made the crust must’ve overworked the dough and the flavor was just off, or wrong.

The service was great as per usual,I always enjoy how nice and helpful they are,as for the food: the garlic knots were alright if you love lot of garlic on them, this time around they almost seem to much, the chicken Alfredo was good and tasty and as for the pizza it was above average just needed some red pepper flakes for a bit more spice.
As for the atmosphere,we went in the moment they open so it felt rather dead while some 80's music was playing in the background,in some ways it felt like it was stuck in time for some of the decor. All in all though i would go again.
Parking: Need to be there early since it is shared with other businesses, besides that it's not bad.

Got a meatball pizza, and to our surprise they have a specialty pizza called The Meatball that comes with onions and mushrooms for some reason. Luckily, I like mushrooms and onions, but the pizza was just average.
