The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. There is a few flecks of chicken on my Mediterranean chicken pizza, and where is the cheese? There is basically none on here. Would love to post a picture. I think I’m done going here. This just keeps happening. What a waste of $18. Also, how long is it gonna take for them to fix the front of their building? It’s been months. It looks horrible, but that’s the least of my gripes.

There was some confusion about a delivery option, but it was addressed quickly. I had a friend who worked at this store briefly and he said the management rushes the employees to make the pizza as fast a possible, and it shows. No seasoning, ingredients kinda just thrown on hurredly. If you want pizza on a budget, go for it.

This use to be good. Not any more. We use to get pizza here about once a month for years. There is pressure to order online. However ordering online doesn't work in our area. Online has never worked for us and the store would not honor any of the coupons unless you ordered online. Last year I received an email coupon for a free pizza on my birthday. Online would not take the coupon and the store would only honor it if you ordered online. The staff has become rude and the building has fallen into need of repair. The last three times they messed up our order. Tonight was the last try for us. One of the workers embarrassed my wife by yelling out that the online coupons were phoney. We walked out and had a pleasant and better tasting pizza at one of their competitors.

I haven't had papa Murphys in years because it got really bad. Not At this particular store, but in other states and locations, the horrible crust particularly threw me off papa Murphys for a good 6 years. But I broke down and tried their pan crust take and bake last week, and OH MY GOSH, it's as close as you can get to the old Pizza Hut experience from when you were a kid, and yall know what I'm talking about. The garlic monkey bread is good, even better warmed up the next day. This will be a more common thing from now on in my house, for sure.

The worst. Don't go! When we first moved here 5 years ago they were good. After last night I willl not go back. Worst pizza I ever had.
The atmosphere was nice and the employees were nice and friendly. I anticipated my pizza as it cooked it was odd I didn't really smell any smells of pizza as you usually do, well it was the worst Pizza I have ever had in my life it didn't taste like anything there was hardly any sauce the crust was in desperate need of salt. Hating to waste food I saved leftovers and you know when you open the refrigerator how you have that smell of day old Pizza, well there was no smell. I do not intend to come back. And the price I paid for it really irritated me because it has had good pizza in the past.

I like the choices here, but their dough recipe is overly salty for me. To be clear, I don't notice salt in the flavor but afterwards, feel thirsty for hours. The service is fine; being pleasant while taking an order and presenting it is less complex than table service. This is why I object to the online order policy of automatically adding a substantial tip, before service is rendered.
