It’s a nice little spot in historic Newport. Beer is obviously awesome, food was solid, waitress was kind. For the price point it’s a great offering in that area.

Visited because I like the beer, didn't expect to have an amazing Reuben and tater tots like that. Worst to be said is that they could have used another pair of hands, but it was well worth it and delicious.

We didn't eat here but we stopped in for a drink and to look around. Our bartender was great and the gift shop and factory were interesting! Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of

Just the worst brew-pub. Avoid and drink/eat anywhere but here. The beer tasted soapy, the waiters didn’t have a clue about what they were selling, and the tacos were soggy. The general atmosphere was like being in a factory cafeteria from the 80’s. Uninspired owners cashing in on the brand.

The menu here at Rogue has changed in the last few weeks, and oh boy... I don't know who thought it was a good idea to change the menu but it is now terrible, and our favorite little restaurant is now one of our most avoided locations in Newport. I went with a few friends of mine, and one ordered a burger. He received a contraption that was a smash burger pattie, cheese, onions, and then deep fried mozzarella sticks. What? What kind of burger has deep friend mozzarella sticks on it? He said it was the worst burger he has ever had.

Another friend of mine ordered a different kind of burger and was not impressed at all. It was also a smash burger. They removed regular burgers from their menu. Not impressed.

I ordered the reuben, which was on the menu before it changed, but now the sandwich is so much smaller with so much less meat on it. It went from an epic sandwich of huge proportions to the size of a turkey sandwich with some corned beef and sauercraut sprinkled between the bread. Bad.

At this point the only thing on the menu I can actually recommend is the water. The new menu is THAT BAD.

The sad thing is, the service was great. The atmosphere is great, overlooking the marina. Everything about Rogue before the menu went straight to hell in a handbasket, is still there and wonderful!

Please Rogue, change the menu back. Go back to being good and recommendable, I beg of you.

Parking: Roughly 50 parking spots out front.

Overpriced, limited selection. I can't say I'd choose to go there again.

Quick growler fill. Have ate here in the past, but not today. Staff friendly. Always changing trying to maximize the usage of the space they have between production and the restaurant. Fun to go in and see the process regardless of eating there or not.

It can be a challenge to find the entrance (even after a prior visit ten years back), but we enjoy Rogue Brewing. That stout was delicious, as well as the salmon sandwich.

We went here on a very slow night. There were 2 other tables and 3 wait staff. Maybe more. When we walked in after going through the maze of the brewery to get there, we weren't greeted or told what to do by the 3 or more staff standing around. We kind of walked around until we got a person to tell us to pick a seat.As we sat there, we waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes, we went to the bar to order but were told a wait staff would take our order. First, it wasn't clear who our wait person was. Then, someone got our drink order. Then, we waited. And waited. After another 10-15 minutes and watching one wait staff lady take care of a party that came in after us, get their orders, and even get their starters out to them, she finally came to our table and barely got our order. Our food was slid to us, and we never saw anyone again. Meanwhile, the other two tables got her constant attention as well as the attention of other staff. We finished eating. The food was meh. I ordered a salad and my wife a burger. And we waited for someone to notice we were done. We even put our plates in a stack on one end if the table. We were going to get some beers and maybe stout floats, but we couldn't get anyone to come over and take our order. I only ever got one soda, and my wife was lucky she git water. By the time we were able to get someone's attention, our desire for dessert diminished, and we decided to leave. If getting the check was this hard, how many hours would getting a shake take?Meanwhile, the table that arrived after us was enjoying their stout shakes and check well before us, and the wait staff seemed all too thrilled to help them. But, even though it wasn't busy, there were 3 staff, and 3 tables, we seemed to not be a priority for them, and frankly felt generally unwelcome like we were bothering them. We're not high maintenance. Generally, we order quickly and don't ask much. We've both worked in the service industry. They also seemed like they wanted to close at 5pm. They were putting up chairs and generally doing closing activities. They're open until at least 10pm. And this was a Friday night.Would I recommend this place? No. Would I try it again? Maybe. But not likely. I can be ignored at cheaper places.
