The cafe downstairs is closed down.We stayed in the airbnb upstairs and it was very cute. Loved the view of this bay and the boats.

The location is perfect. It's above a cafe but you don't really notice after it's closed. The views are great. Everything is within walking distance. You do hear the sea lions all night long but it's appropriate for the location. The apartment itself is a collection of old furniture that seems to be being stored by the owner and the kitchen wares are a hodge podge of older goodwill items that have a slight layer of grime on them. The loft style is a cute utilization of space. The balcony is nice. I would definitely go back.

Great location, you're right in the heart of the tourist area. The rooms are on top of a Cafe, but it is still not very noisy. Room was clean. Kitchen could have been stocked with more cooking utensils.

A fantastic stay! It was clean, cute, and relatively quiet even for a light sleeper like me. Great location with a lovely balcony and fantastic view of the harbour. Best place in Newport. Kitchen was great, cooked up a lot of good food but also enjoyed several slices of the authentic NY pizza downstairs in the cafe, husbands from NJ and thought it was very good.

Tried to park in front of there establishment to go inside to eat. A car whipped around us and took our spot. When we asked him why, he said he owned the place and our car wouldn't fit. His didn't either. We decided if he could be that rude he didn't need our money. We drove away. The only reason he got a star is so that I could post.
So the Pizza guy is gone and the old owner is back. Place is disgusting and I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut her down. We were about to order but she got real rude and ugly. We left and she was yelling at us as we left. Avoid this place like the plague.

Visited Newport with my four kids and were drawn in by the promise of NY style pizza—and boy it did not disappoint!! Seriously good pizza (the crust!) super friendly owner, will definitely go back. I hope they can weather this storm.
