Great location, you're right in the heart of the tourist area. The rooms are on top of a Cafe, but it is still not very noisy. Room was clean. Kitchen could have been stocked with more cooking utensils.
A fantastic stay! It was clean, cute, and relatively quiet even for a light sleeper like me. Great location with a lovely balcony and fantastic view of the harbour. Best place in Newport. Kitchen was great, cooked up a lot of good food but also enjoyed several slices of the authentic NY pizza downstairs in the cafe, husbands from NJ and thought it was very good.

The location is perfect. It's above a cafe but you don't really notice after it's closed. The views are great. Everything is within walking distance. You do hear the sea lions all night long but it's appropriate for the location. The apartment itself is a collection of old furniture that seems to be being stored by the owner and the kitchen wares are a hodge podge of older goodwill items that have a slight layer of grime on them.
