The Sandbar & Grill is a local dive right smack in the middle of the NYE beach strip. Came in for tacos and wasn't disappointed. Great variety of street taco style tacos available. Service is a bit awkward and not the quickest I've ever experienced. Like so many dives there is a background aroma of urinal cake. You gotta take the good with the bad.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here the first night we came for our vacation, we were picking up dinner for the rest of the family and ended up having a drink or two while we waited. It was pretty quiet, granted it was a Sunday night. The bartender was really cool, I didn't get her name but she was really helpful. Stumbled into this place one time when we were going to the beach, and now I find myself stumbling in here everytime I pass the place because it's just legit always a great place to grab a beer. Where this place is alone is just unreal, right up against the coast with a view of the ocean right along almost like a little old cobble road wedged inbetween the building like something out of an adorable little fairy tale!
