Service was amazing.!!! The crab appetizer and desert were wonderful. Dinner was meh! I had the linguine with clams and the linguine cooked to mush. Girlfriends Cioppino was al fish, zero shellfish. Loved the place and atmosphere so will try again, when I win the lottery

The clam linguine dish was extremely watery and the pasta was overcooked. Super bland, couldn't taste any white wine in the sauce or spices, just watery unsalted liquid. The sauce might as well have been undrained pasta water with canned clams and salad shrimp thrown in. I have had better frozen meals, which is sad considering the cost of the entree so I took it home to salvage. To make if halfway edible I had to drain off all the liquid and then add butter, salt and spices.

Edit in response to owner: Wow, wasn't expecting such a childish response. You could stand to take criticism and maybe learn from it. I said "might as well be canned clams", not that they are canned clams. As in, the dish was so mediocre it could've been canned clams and the result would have been the same.

That's besides the point, the linguine was overcooked to the point of being mush, the sauce was essentially pasta water. The peppers in the dish were overcooked and completely indistinguishable in texture and flavor from the pasta.

Restaurant is supposed to be open Wed-Sun, Called 7 times between Wed and Friday, each day calling 2-3 times, no one ever answered. Not even answering machine greeting, nothing on their website suggesting they are closed or not. Gave up.

I had a bowl of cioppino and it was wonderful. Great waitress, too.

I love you new digs! So much room between tables and a truly accessible bathroom. Great service, just like we are all family! I had the Seafood Cobb Salad and of course the seafood was wonderful, but even better was the fruit! It was exactly ripe! Wow! My companions had the Garlic Linguini, the Clam Linguini, and the Marinara Linguini. I stole bites from my happy companions. Yum! And the homemade honey mustard salad dressing they had was terrific.

And the parking lot is such an improvement over trying to find parking on the Newport Bay Front.

Wheelchair accessibility: Truly accessible,with lots of room, bathroom. Only one handicap spot, but we had no problem getting in from a regular spot. And there was lots of room between tables.

Food was sooooo good, we came back two nights later! Pictured is the New York pan roast and marinara superbowl. Absolutely the best shellfish and fresh fish we had driving down the coast. Walking in is like a time warp to the 60s, and these folks know good seafood!!

Had a excellent hotess/server. Very attentive to our needs. Our food came out fast. The portion sizes were generous, but the scallops I ordered were underwhelming in taste and one of the others in our party said the same thing.
