How hard is it to not get a stale cup of coffee that hasn't been in the container forever..,twice.....I even tipped both times......good gosh.

Give it two stars for convenience the sandwiches always seem to be cold in the middle. The employees never seem to be dressed neatly or appropriately. Seems a little messy into shuffled when you go here. I guess you expect the same service that you would get at any Starbucks But you don’t.

Had a very terrible customer service experience at the Starbucks with a barista (short female with short blonde hair) rolling her eyes at my request to add salted caramel foam and when asked why she rolled her eyes she said it's very weird for me to order it this way despite that I've ordered this way for the last year at dozens of Starbucks without issue and judgment.
This barista is either very ignorant or too lazy to care. What a shame. Reflex poorly on Starbucks and her parents for that matter.

This Starbucks is located inside the Newport Fred Meyer. We enjoy having coffee there. One nice thing is you can first go back to the Fred Meyer bakery and purchase cinnamon rolls or scones or donuts and enjoy them with your Starbucks coffee. The Starbucks folks don't mind a bit. Great deal! And afterwards you can pick up any grocery, household or clothing shopping you might need.

For some reason the new staff attacked me out of no where (TWICE) for propping up my foot on a chair. - It was the strangest thing I have ever experienced. Crazy! I am a professional Chef Instructor working from my laptop. Experiencing this kind of treatment while teaching customer service was comical.
