You guys are slow as heck. Customer service sucks here then no one is helping at the front line inside get your guys crap together or get a new crew. You all absolutely suck here

My item was made incorrectly. The night manager(gentleman with longhair) refued to remake it. He's the one who made it in he told me he knows for a fact it was made right and pretty much chastise me for wanting it remade. It was very embarrassing for me and this guy.

We came in for lunch and wanted to dine in and take a break from running around, but unfortunately every table was disgustingly dirty. Bathrooms looked like a biohazard. Disappointed that the state of this location has gone down hill in recent years.

Cool staff, always great food, and recently I witnessed a good hearted team member giving food to the homeless. Awesome. Only complaint is that those windows are filthy. I understand that it's a restaurant and condensation etc. but the management should work on that.

Ive always liked Taco Bell until now. Oh the food was the same, and the kids working there were pleasant and helpful, but whoever came up with idea of forcing everybody to order at the kiosk is a knuckle head. I know I'm a dinosaur, but did they ever think that while I'm taking 5 minutes to order a taco because I'm not computer savvy, it's not just me that's getting frustrated, it's the growing line behind me. Embarrass and frustrate me, and make the people behind me angry. I guess the answer is simple, bar anyone that is not computer literate from being a customer. You wint have to bar me, I won't go to Taco Bell again. There's other places out there that believe the human touch still has value.

I am very accustomed to waiting countless minutes for any employee to acknowledge me at this location, yes sometimes 8 minutes standing at the counter, employees look at me but do not help, but watching employees flip someone off out the drive thru window was unacceptable.

The slowest, most pathetic service. It took 20 minutes just to receive our order and the orders were not made correctly. Very disappointed.
