Restaurant was dirty, Kiosk idea is super slow. Had only 2 kiosks and had 2 people standing at them for ober 5 minutes. Was told could not order at counter since covid, however when asked how to.pay cash was told kiosk would direct you to the counter???? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Employee was at least nice about it.
Now I know why there were 20 plus cars in the drive through...thay would still have been faster than going inside.
After living in Newport for 15 years and coming back for the first time in 5 years I am so dissapointed in this experience. Wont be back and will not reccomend anyone go there.

Taco Bell service has gone downhill since they’ve put in the new self order kiosks the dining rooms are dirty garbage cans are full and it takes forever to get your food. They should bring back personal ordering things get ordered correctly and the service is way better.

I'll never live another day amongst such serenity after my experience at this establishment. The purple stripe cascading the top perimeter of the exquisite architecture gracefully caught my gaze and I struggled to look away for even a moment.
Okay now for the cuisine, Cesailie made sure my order was crafted to the highest tier of quality. What came across the threshold of that drive-thu window wasn't just food, it was art. Even upon my first sip of the midnight baja blast, I was simply transported to a realm of awe and wonder. I couldn't have done it without Cesailie from T-Blizzy. Thank the Lord our God for blessing of this establishment.

There is a problem with putting napkins in the to go bag. 1 napkin per item is sufficient. No napkins is unacceptable. One should not have to ask.

Don't go here! You're not allowed to talk to employees to order. Instead of taking 1 min to order at a sane Taco Bell. I spent 10 minutes figuring out their totally unintuitive ordering touch screen (tap 3 times to select anything). Somehow my order took 3 times what it takes at ANY other Taco Bell. Great feeling when you hear one line cook say to the next line cook: "Wait, I don't think you did that right... Ahhh, whatever, good enough."

Go somewhere else!
