The staff was horrible! We had to ask for our drink cups, and then we had to ask for straws! Then we had to ask for sauce. Each time we had to ask for something, the staff were rude and severely inconvenienced. I'm never visiting here again!

You have one employee in the morning that is one of the rudest people I've come across and this is been the third time... Management needs to step in and train their employees that their to earn a paycheck and we are there to see to it that they get it...

The shorter heavier set blonde with the nose ring “supposedly the night shift ma manager” wouldn’t allow me to order my food and leave the menu open so my family in the car behind me could order and I could just pay for all of it. She was very rude then said she’s the manager and won’t allow me to do that, nor would she serve me my food. I was also on the phone with the phone with the car behind me and I wasn’t rude or anything in fact she was from the start! Not to mention they’re walking to the back door meeting people “drug deals” and smoking weed while at and in work. I don’t care what you do but ya don’t do it at work! Taco Bell higher better employees lol I def expected managers to be professional but I guess not.

“The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)requires that drive-thru services be accessible to individuals with disabilities, including individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing.”All I can say this because it is not fair and we did ready with my phone note list what we want to order but employee said go to inside and he won’t order for us. No one car behind and not busy. Why should we go to inside for order?And employers said we don’t know America sign language. I don’t care because it is point to communicate with us use paper write and our order use my phone note show them. It is not hard. It is not required to sign language.

I didn't realize I had to put my order on a computer....store was completely empty..went to the counter and was told I had to put my order on a screen...a wonderful employee came out helped me start the process...as I said, store was completely empty and my food was cold..I'm a food service worker, I was taught better!!

I only give 1 star because I can't give 0. First of all, you CANNOT for any reason place your order at the front registers, which is ridiculous. Secondly, the floors were sticky everywhere, but they had 3 wet floor signs out, which I'm guessing was from this morning and they were too lazy to put them away. Thirdly, all the tables that line the windows were dirty. My son took a wet paper towel and wiped one down for us. Fourthly, they had 8 employees behind the counter "working", except 3 of them weren't doing anything but talking. Fifthly, one of the heavier women that was "working" kept facing the lobby and leaning back to where her rear end was resting on the prep surface and lay but not least, one of the Hispanic women that was "working" was scratching the heavyset woman's back with a grill scraper or something similar, that would at some point most likely be in contact with people's food. The male that was "working" kept stopping and talking to the heavyset woman and he was dressed like he was management of some level and he was doing nothing. The Newport Taco Bell is the worst one by far that I've been to EVER. It was absolutely disgusting.

If I can give 0 stars I would!because I have ordered 3 or more times from different Taco Bell’s and every single time I ordered a chicken bowl but every time they didn’t give me my CHICKEN!And I don’t know why is this is keep happening every single time.Don’t get me wrong but the food is very good .It can be better if I get my chicken the first time!And not needing to ask for the chicken that I payed for.I hope that the Taco Bell’s would do something about it. ??

My GF has been so excited to have the double decker taco back so we've been going to Taco Bell a lot more recently. This one is really getting it right. They got our orders completely right and per my GF it was the best double decker taco that she's had. I had some veggie items and the sauce ratio was spot on for each of them. Overall, we had a terrific lunch on the way home from the Aquarium!

got good mind you, it was 1am. and I only had apple pay and the worker decided to not ever mention that they didn’t accept apple pay. and then when I was looking for money he closed the window in my face. it was like $6 worth of food. I don’t think taco bell is struggling to get $6. and how do they not have apple pay?
